#548 Add button "as XML" to the modal window "Value of column ..." opened from Results table

Hello,

can I ask You to add a button "as XML" to the modal window "Value of column ..." opened from Results table, which will be the fast access to the already existed function "Reformat XML"? Next to already existing buttons "Browse" and "Export". It would greatly speed up our permanent viewing of XML data stored in VARCHAR2 or CLOB columns. See attached screenshot "ReformatXml.png" for localisation of requested functionality.

Also defining of the initial size (larger that default) of "Value of column .." window somewhere in Properties would be great.

My seond request "...defining of the initial size (larger that default) of "Value of column .." window..." is identical to the already recorded request "#497 Remember window size and location of "Value of" CLOB column popups" by someone else.

Regarding the second request about the size and position of "Value of column ..." window, at least the addition of "Maximize window" would be a great advantage for us. And I believe, it should be a built-it function of each modal window in Java, I guess (Close, Maximize, Minimize, Revert size to default).

Size of table cell popup can be configured to be saved,
see menu File --> Global Preferences --> tab General --> last check box in section Appearance

Note:
The positioning of the popup has not been changed.
