The SQL command in that line is only complete if it is short enough to completely fit onto the screen.
If you need the SQL command you can get it from the Info tab and when I want to make sure I don't make any typo about the rowcount I take it from the info screen at the bottom, where I sometimes take the opportunity and grab the timing too ;-)
(Of course if I don't grab that info immediately, I might take the wrong line later on, but those I do log that way really stick out anyway :-)
I wonder whether it would be easier for the developer to make that single line right-clickable and offering a "Copy Rowcount & SQL command"? (Or offering several options: SQL command, Rowcount + SQL, Rowcount + SQL + timing, Rowcount + timing?)
Just some suggestions, personally I would too seldom need that as that I would seriously ask the developers doing that at a priority.
