#497 Remember window size and location of "Value of" CLOB column popups

When I double click a CLOB/BLOB column, I get a popup with the data (in my case, XML) so I can easily read it. However, it appears where I click the mouse (and sometimes half off the screen) and in a small box.

It would be very helpful if this popup would globally remember the size and location it was the last time, being centered on the screen and larger in size would make it easier to read.
