#496 Per Alias session properties

Hello.

As of v. 3.5.3, the properties of a new session are set via the 'New Session Properties' which the applies to all aliases.

I'd very much like to be able to set the properties individually for each alias. In particular, the 'Filter' properties on the 'Object Tree' tab. This is because different DBs use different naming schema for the objects, and hence I'd like to have different filters for them.

Other properties (i.e. max. row count) would make sense as well.
