#490 Continue offering XLS export

With the new XLSX export the XLS format is no longer offered. A significant part of my recipients are still using older Office versions, so I would need to convert the files for them each time. (I already tried converting the users to libreOffice, but that worked only with a few of them.)

(tab separated CSV files are inconvenient for the users)

Has been committed to our Git repository. Will be available in future snapshots and versions.

    I tested version 3.5.3 with Windows 7
The export works only with "Use formatting as configured in Global Prefs (recommended for MS Excel)"

If I use "default formatting" I get:
    --begin quote--
    Failed to write file
    d:\2014-06-09 def export.xls
    Error message
    null
See last log entry for details
    --end quote--

    The last log entry shows:
    --begin quote--
    Logged by net.sourceforge.squirrel_sql.fw.gui.action.AbstractExportCommand at 09/06/14 10:38:

Failed to export the result of the SQL Select statement into a file.
    --end quote--

FYI: The main reason I prefer the default formatting is that I get the date in the spreadsheet shown in the same format when I pulled the data from the database (I prefer ISO 8601 format).
My Windows locale is English(UK), with the date format changed to YYYY-MM-DD.
(A workaround would be always converting the date columns into strings, which I often do anyway. But the convenience of using "select * from ..." would be gone.)

Version 3.6 works fine with Windows 7 and I can finally use the latest version again - thank you :-)
(I had to use version 3.5.0 up to now)

    Issue can be closed.
