When you right-click Format SQL it would be nice to have the option to upper/lower case the keywords so that the statements look consistent.

Note: The current behaviour is that fromating does not change any upper/lower case.

(This is kind of a personal note since I recently got trapped because I forgot about this default behaviour.)
