#23 Add Other Run SQL Options

If you have multiple SQL statements in a window, it
would be helpful to:

1) Run all of the statements starting at the top

2) Run all statements starting at the cursor

3) Run only the statement at the cursor

    In SQuirreL 1.1 if you only want to execute part of the SQL
    entered then highlight the SQL that you want to execute and
    press <CTRL><ENTER>.

    To only execute a single statement amongst several
    statements (separated from the other statements by at least
    one blank line) within the SQL entryarea then click on the
    line containing the statement that you want to execute and
    press <CTRL><ENTER>.
