#157 Allow variables in SQL Statements

Hi,

I've found a quite nice feature in dbVisualizer. You
can include variables in the statement. When you
process the statement, the progam asks for the actual
values and than performs the query using these actual
values. Here is a littel example:

select field1
, field2
from file
where field3 = date('$$enter the selection date$$')

When executing the statement a popup windows is shown
that prompts for the value with the message 'enter the
selection date'.

This makes it easier to re-use sql statements.

    Thanks to Thorsten Mürell, this has been implemented as the sqlparam plugin.
