#152 Explain plan plugin for Oracle,MSSQL,DB2,MYSQL

A plug-in to to be able to run explain plan and to
display explain plan output for Oracle, Sql Server,
DB2, and MYSQL would be a great addition to the
product. If a developer is writing sql, being able to
run explain plan to verfiy that iruns as expected would
be a great addition to the project!

For Sybase, the plan informations seam to be contained in
com.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybSQLWarning (Connection or Statement
warnings).
So an easy way to have them could be a "view Warning" in the
window menu.
