#892 Wrong rows limitation with iAnywhere JDBC Driver

When using the iAnywhere JDBC driver to query a SQL Anywhere database, the option to limit rows displayed for results is not well applied.
For example when limiting to 100, 132 rows are displayed and this whatever the select query is.
Same queries supplied with the JConnect driver works fine.
