#886 SQL batch script not working anymore

When submit a query batch script then running error on the second statement.

Query :
DROP table `table1`;
DROP table `table2`;

Result:
Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DROP TABLE `table1`;
DROP TABLE table2`;
DR' at line 3
SQLState: 42000
ErrorCode: 1064
