#807 Limit Rows used in select into outfile statement

When using select into outfile the system limits the number of rows exported to the value set in limit rows
Limit rows should be limited to the display on the screen stuff and not to things dumped to a file

-> Ok I know this can be interpreted as "works as designed" but...
