#766 SQuirreLSQL.app not relocatable in Mac OS X

The startup script, squirrel-sql.sh, in the packaged Mac OS X app, assumes the application will always be rooted at /Applications when it sets its SQUIRREL_SQL_HOME variable:

SQUIRREL_SQL_HOME='/Applications/SQuirreLSQL.app/Contents/Resources/java'
else
SQUIRREL_SQL_HOME='/Applications/SQuirreLSQL.app'
fi

The script should know where the base directly of SQuirrelSQL.app is, somehow - offhand I don't know how to fix this.
