#717 Printing data fails with one row

I know this is a problem back to 2.6.6. I believe it was before that. It still is in 3.0.

When a SQL result has only one row, and I right click and choose print, the software appears to print - even to the point of something briefly appearing in the printer queue - but nothing ever comes out of the printer. Two or more records works just fine.
