#638 Row not updated when it contains czech characters

I got MSSQL table with 4 NVARCHAR columns, first three columns together create primary key. Now when I try to edit a row, where fourth column contains czech character like "ě" or "ř", I can not update it. I am getting message "This row in the Database has been changed since you refreshed the data".

I just solved this by unchecking "Allow LONGVARCHAR type to be used in WHERE clause", but this is probably some problem handling language specific characters.
