#1443 Windows: Export with filename containing colon claims success

Testing snapshot 2020-06-25 on Windows 8.1

Exporting to a file named "test @12:45" claims success (see attachment), but there only is a zero byte file named "test @12"

That a forward slash is converted into a backslash is not a real problem, because the file can be found in the newly created folder (at least the result of the hourlong database query is saved).

The remaining forbidden filename characters on Windows (<>"|? and the star) are giving a proper error message
