#1131 Software Update Issue

If you click the apply changes in the update software dialog it does not disable the button. This allows you to click again and get X downloading software dialogs. This is on v3.5.1 on win 8 jdk 7.51. Not a major bug but not sure whether priority 1 is high or low..
