This module was written in C and allows authentication and squid access control through an ODBC database.
Several databases have ODBC drivers and can be used with this module squid.
The main objective of this module is to use the registered users in the database of your information system to also control access to Internet.
The module is very flexible and allows, in addition to authentication creating external ACL for access control.
