#1 TeX version is broken

The TeX version doesn't work with TeX at all (I've got the latest TeX and LaTeX as of August 2000)... There are several symbols that simply aren't mentioned anywhere in my entire TeX distribution (like \FOT or \Node, just to mention two). I don't know if this is a DocBook bug or a bug specific for this project, but I think it's worth mentioning.
