#10 Add a create DB object wizard

Add a create table wizard to SQueaL to add the user in
either one or all of the following:

- create table SQL generation
- actually creating the table in the current DB

In fact this wizard should be created so that many types of
objects can be created and the SQL to recreate them
generated. Possible object that this wizard could create
may include:
-indexes
-tables
-views
-select statements
