Added "XDEFS= -REENTRANT"
This is required for OSPP when running with a VM that uses pthreads, as
is the case on OS X, and may potentially be the case on other configurations.
Lack of this compiler flag will lead to a VM crash when OSPP handles an OS
signal in a VM with pthreads enabled in the VM.
