[Squeak-VMdev] tags in SVN tree

I was chatting with Ian and I *think* I'm going to create tags  
(mac#.#.#bx) for 3.2.1 onwards so people can more easily build those VM
if they need/want to at some point in the far future.  Thoughts from  
anyone, as outlined to Ian I'll do an svn copy to create the tag
