Here's a first version. It DOES NOT RUN in a normal image. I
deliberately haven't implemented all those state based methods from the
old days and so running InputEventSensor (dumb name, suggest better
please) install will crash your image. This is aimed mostly at Tweak
but if anyone wanted to take on the massive image cleanup to make
morphic and mvc work cleanly off events, great.
