Tim just posted a note about Processor Yield prim call on the mail  
list. Which reminded me of a
change I did a few years back to collect Process dispatch time as part  
of the VM scheduler. The
current processor watcher can only estimate that value now and it  
requires a quite a bit of
overhead, where as it could be preformed at little cost within the VM  
yield logic.
