[Squeak-VMdev] Anyone willing to vouch for me?

I don't know that I'll be actually doing any commits (to branches, of 
course), but perhaps it would be better to be able to do so.

I am likely to be working on Unix, Windows, and maybe MacOS from time 
to time.

So is any one of the root admins willing to vouch for me?
