I'm in. Surely Goran's policy document will clarify the actual procedure.  

I think we should put it at http://squeak.sourceforge.net, which is the
most obvious location people will be looking for information. That URL
maps to /home/groups/s/sq/squeak/htdocs on your SF shell account.
Currently there is only a PHP script redirecting traffic to
http://sourceforge.net/projects/squeak ...
