Eh, have you (and everyone else) read Ian's, mine and others postings on
the proposed "work model"?
If not then please do - it is the larger posts in this thread starting
with one from Ian I believe. :-)

I am actually waiting for people to say "Ok, let's do it that way." so
that:

- Andreas and Ian joins up. And anyone else that was hesitating before.
- I can sit down and write the "CVS howto + policy draft" so that chaos
and confusion does not need to reign.
- Everyone is happy.
