I just did not change the default, which seems to be set to "maximum 
paranoia". Fixed now. I set it to "everyone can view" - if anyone objects, 
I can easily set it to "subscribers only".

I took the freedom to subscribe you all - at least until it wouldn't let 
me anymore (hence still some Cc:'s). But I think we can continue the 
discussion at the list now.
