My ladder is http://sports-ladder.net/MCR and I set the initial challenge to below top 20%. However, the #34 player (out of 45) just challenged the #3 player, so something about this isn't working. In the ladder options menu, it says up to top 20% from top, so the setting is saving, it's just not implementing.
