#5 sqsh.spec updates

The sqsh.spec RPM .spec file I made ages ago found its
way into the distribution. Unfortunately it was wrong -
using -src.tar.gz because that is what my locally
patched source distribution was called. Sorry about that.

Here's a patch to fix that and take it to 2.1.3 and I
can conform it works with 'rpmbuild -ta' under FC3.
