#2 Autoincrement support

Hi,

after adding onUpdate and onDelete support to the next
version of SQLToNeo, there is still the autoincrement
feature left.

Notice that there isn't a new release a this time. This
will be come with autcincrement implementation.

In order to use the new features nevertheless, do an
anonymous cvs checkout and change to cvs branch
SQLToNeo_1_0_0_Bugfixes.
