#18 Immediate shutdown problem

I tried to open table structure in 'Object List'. I saw pretty
normal error window with a message 'ORA-01089 -
immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are
permitted'.

Then I push 'disconnect button'. I saw terrible:) window
with message:

shooting)

After 'Continue' everything went to normal.
