    This is partially not a bug!

    Before we execute command we do a syntax analyze. In
    PlSqlParser.cpp:PutLine there is m_analyzer->PutToken().
    When we put first ';' everything is OK (PlSqlAnalyzer.cpp ->
    state COMPLETED). But with second ';' we have message
    from Analyzer -> 'Unexpected token'.

    It should be not an 'critical error message', but the message
    from parser that something is wrong with syntax analyze. We
    souldn't scare user!

    I agree - this is not critical. I'm not sure jow to handle
    this case. Maybe just put a warning in the output and
    execute the current statement?
