"Find as you type" in Connect Dialog for tns entries:

If you type in a tns alias in the Connect Dialog it would be nice to get immediate feedback if you hit an existing entry of the list.

Note: You can simulate this behaviour by pressing the CURSOR DOWN key while typing, which should select the closest match in the list
