#23 Account "Prepare" time when performing SQL operations

Currently only the "Execute" time is measured separately, but depending on the statement the "Prepare" phase can also take a significant amount of time. Although it is part of the "Total" time, it could be interesting to know the exact time it took to prepare a statement.
