#41 Background session handling - PrepareShadow required?

The handling of the background session that is established when using features like "statistics", "DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY_CURSOR" and other functionality should be re-evaluated. I'm having some doubts if a "PrepareShadow" call is required or not (although it works at present without any problems, so I might be wrong).
