Updated version in the works

A new version of Sql Sync/ Sql Build manager is in the works. The major enhancement is the conversion from using SQLDMO to SMO, SQL servers new management API. Included with this upgrade will be full support for scripting with SQL 2005+ schemas as well as some performance enhancements.
