It will build and install under Cygwin. Whether it works or not is
another issue. I've had success with SQL Relay client programs
running against remote SQL Relay servers running on Linux, but when
running the SQL Relay server components on Windows, the sqlr-connection
programs tend to crash when connecting to databases and sometimes when
forking.
To really get it working on Windows, I need to port Rudiments to
mingw and get everything on the SQL Relay server side working as a
single multi-threaded application rather than multi-process like it
currently is.
