Well, maybe that 'checking for ANSI C header files... no' is not that
strange...
However, I tried, on Debian, the configure script of another software
that needs odbc too, and the library was detected normally.
I also tried sqlrelay's configure script on a system with Archlinux and
the installed libraries were detected normally too.
So, I suppose the problem has to do only sqlrelay on Debian (Wheezy).
