Ahhh, yeah, that would do it.  It is interesting that you're able to get 
38 connections to start in 5 seconds though.  I'll have to run some 
tests myself.  I know that the connection delay has gotten better over 
the years, but it isn't that fast for me here.  Maybe I need to do some 
tuning myself :)
