Hi Sagar, No, unfortunately there is currently no way to change it dynamically. I have recently gotten several requests to be able to change parameters like that at runtime, but the internal SQL Relay architecture makes it a little difficult at present. I have plans to fix this, but have not implemented them yet. If being able to modify that (or other) parameters on the fly is very important to you, then I'd be happy to implement a method for changing them on a contract basis.
