[Sqlrelay-discussion] Where is sqlr-start?

Hi! I'm an absolute newcomer to SQL Relay. I've followed the directions 
to build and install both Rudiments and SQL Relay, and that seems to 
have run successfully. Now, I'd like to run "sqlr-start", as described 
on this page:

    http://sqlrelay.sourceforge.net/sqlrelay/running.html

Unfortunately, I can't find the "sqlr-start" program, either in 
/usr/local/firstworks or my own "sqlrelay-0.42" directory, where I ran 
the build and install.

Can anyone tell me where to find that program? I'm sure I'm just missing 
something that's right in front of my face - it wouldn't be the first time.
