#1 Internationalization and English translation

I have turned on Visual Studio's internationalization options on the project and added an English translation.

The attached ZIP contains the code I modified & the resources I added.

My team intends to use SQL Query Agent where we do not have the Microsoft tools installed. We speak English, so will find the translation helpful. I hope others will as well.
