1.add mssql(http://www.object-
craft.com.au/projects/mssql/) connection without
transation support. see DBConnection.py in attachment.

there seems a bug in
SybaseConnection.SHOW_COLUMNS,I change it from
SHOW_COLUMNS=("select 'column' = COL_NAME(id,
colid) "+
"from syscolumns where id = OBJECT_ID(%
s)")

to:
SHOW_COLUMNS=("select 'column' = COL_NAME(id,
colid) "+
"from syscolumns where id = OBJECT_ID('%
s')")

but I have not sybase,and don't know if it's ok.

2.add 'mssql' part in Converters.py

def StringLikeConverter(value, db):
if db in ('mysql', 'postgres', 'sybase','mssql'):

3. remove the column default part in
sqlobject.py,because most db server will add the default
value for us, I don't know if it's ok.

    This is probably out of date, now that we have Sybase support.
