Hello! I've just created a branch sphinx-docs. The docs are published at
https://sqlobject.readthedocs.org/ . The branch needs some help from
people with knowledge of Sphinx.

Hello, All!

   I merged branch sphinx-docs into master. The devel docs are now
generated with Sphinx: http://sqlobject.org/devel/
   The transition will be finished with the next stable release (3.2.0).
