[SQLObject] SQLObject and mod_python

I don't use mod_python but since it's a dead project I also discourage
anyone from using it. A better choice these days is mod_wsgi, the
maintainer of mod_python actually stopped maintaining mod_python and
rather is working on mod_wsgi.
