(Actually, the implementation of this snuck into the copy of
SQLObject.py I put up for Transaction v2. :)
So feel free to review there. It's very straightforward, only affects
classRegistry, needSet, setNeedSet, and findClass. (and the 3 or so
places in SQLObject that use needSet and findClass.)
