+Method ``sqlhub.doInTransaction`` can be used to run a piece of code in
+a transaction. The method accepts a callable and positional and keywords
+arguments. It begins a transaction using its ``processConnection`` or
+``threadConnection``, calls the callable, commits the transaction and
