- branched a copy of sqlobject to start doing performance tuning.
- changed sqlobject.tests.dbtest to use sqlite memory tables to get testsuite to run faster
- updated the unicode testsuite as 0xf0 is either not a valid unicode character
of Python's UTF8 codec is buggy
- updated the unicode test suite as 0xf0 causes
