[SQLObject] Patches

Hello!

   I've commited two patches from SF tracker: DATE type for sqlite, and
MySQL "DOUBLE PRECISION" for FloatCol at revision 411, and merged them
into inheritance branch at 412.

   I don't have rights to close these patches. Please close all 3 (there
is a dup there).
